My name is José Rojo Martín, best known as “ Pacheta”.I was born on March 23 1968 in Salas de los Infantes, located in the valley of the Arlanza river , province of Burgos. I have always been recognized by my Passion for football, first as a professional player and later as a manager and as a coach in different national and international clubs such as : CD Numancia, Hércules CF, Real Oviedo or Korona Kielce in Poland.

“Constancy and Tenacity are the basis that helped me to improve everyday, to compromise to the full with my teams, to grow, to take on leadership responsabilities and to settle that Respect, Generosity and Effort were the most important values to the people around me and to myself.”I learnt from my parents, a farmer and a miller, values such as Honesty and Loyalty and I try to transmit them. Constancy and Tenacity are the basis that helped me to improve everyday, to compromise to the full with my teams, to grow, to take on Leadership responsabilities and to settle that Respect, Generosity and Effort were the most important values to the people around me and to myself.
My career as a professional football player starts in the 90s. I played at Racing Lermeño C.F.(1987/1989), CD Numancia (1989/1990). I continued playing strongly motivated at Real Burgos (1990/1991) , Atlético de Marbella (1991-1993) and Club Deportivo Mérida (1993/1994).
A few years later I tried my hand at the tactical side of the game and started as an assistant to the CD Numancia and in 2007 I became its coach untill 2010.
I would like to emphasize that are my passion and compromise the assets that I have used to do my best as a coach and I hope that it is clear that this is what made us reach our goals and promoted to the maximun national category with our A Youth team, and also promoted with our B Youth team.
I would like to add as well,that through their effort along with my guidance, some grassroots players have risen to the premier CD Numancia team. Even at an economic level, whilst leading manager , I had to managed a €4,500,000 worth transfers, and signing players at zero cost.
My coaching career has developed from national to international teams. In 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 seasons I coached Real Oviedo, a team that really leaves its mark on you. The next season 2012/2013 I was F.C. Cartagena S.A.D. coach, where we got in 22 matches: 11 victories, 8 draws and 3 defeats.
In 2013 we played the AFE-ESPAÑA and got the victory for the first time at the 2013 FIFPro Tournament in Rijnsburg (Holand).
In 2013/2014 I took on Korona Kielce (Poland) and raised them from the last position to 10 points over relegation. In 2014 I signed for Hércules de Alicante F.C. helping to achieve top positions in the league.
At the beginning of 2016 I have started a new challenge coaching Ratchaburi F.C. of Thailand, reaching leading positions at present.
